The academic level was so high in both languages meaning I was able to choose whether to pursue my secondary studies in an English or a French school. I really want my brothers and other children at Wix to have the same opportunity as me. It would be such a shame to loose this bilingual stream after so many years of amazing achievements."

"My 3 kids attended Wix, one of them being in the bilingual section benefiting from exigent curriculums taught by experienced French teachers and English qualified native teachers which make the difference instead of having a French curriculum taught in English in some matters only by non English teachers . It would not replace the immersive English week every other week, openmindness, richness of the double teaching, intellectual agitility the children acquired. The parents make a thoughtful choice when registering their children in the B section. Withdrawing from the partnership will negatively impact children who have started their education in the Bsection and will be detrimental to both French speaking and English speaking families and communities."

From Reception through to Year 6, our children truly thrive in the rich, multicultural environment offered by the bilingual stream at BWA. The parallel English and French curriculum allows them to develop both languages to a high level, giving them the confidence and academic grounding to transition successfully to the Lycée in 6e or to an English secondary school. We would be devastated if the stream closed."
